The Highfield e-learning Food Safety Level 2 course is ideal for anyone who works where food is cooked, prepared or handled.

Although it does not provide a qualification on its own, it does meet all legal requirements and offers full compliance for high-risk food handlers.

Level 2 Food Safety Training

This Level 2 course meets the basic legal requirements of people preparing, storing and disposing of pre-packed food and food that requires handling and cooking.

This course can be carried out in a variety of environments including catering, manufacturing and retail. Training can be offered at our centre for individuals or at your location for a group of staff.

Level 3 Food Safety for Supervisors and Managers

This Level 3 course meets the basic legal requirements of people supervising the handling, cooking, chilling, storing and disposing of food.

This may be a head chef within a restaurant or possibly food and beverage management. They will learn about compliance, monitoring, management procedures, contamination, microbiology and temperature control.

Level 3 Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points

HACCP training is suited to supervisors and managers within the food industry, who already hold a Level 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification as a means of demonstrating CPD.

This can be delivered to your team at your location or at our centre. It may also suit some enforcement officers who mainly inspect catering premises.
